Finely chiselled, intensely aromatic with an abounding harmonious structure. Growing at 695 metres above-sea-level. Ripe green figs, sunburst limes, white pears with an invigorating acidity. 36 months lees contact adds lemon cream and beurre noisette, tapering to a flinty finish.
