Frequently Asked Questions
Minimum orders, artwork, delivery and the wines themselves — answered plainly.
Ordering & Minimums
What is the minimum order?
Every order is built from a 100-bottle mixable minimum — for example 50 red and 50 white, or any combination across our range. There is no requirement to order in multiples of six or twelve; the minimum simply needs to be reached in total across your selection.
How do quotes work?
We provide a per-bottle price alongside a written quote once we know your wines, quantities and label design. Nothing is charged until you are ready to proceed, and the quote covers the full order — wine, bespoke label and delivery.
Labels & Design
Do you approve my design before it's printed?
Yes. Every label goes through a design-approval step before anything is printed. We send you a proof to review, and nothing goes to production until you have signed it off.
What artwork do you need from me?
A logo, crest, photograph or simple design idea is enough to start — high-resolution files give the cleanest result. Our design team refines what you send into a print-ready label and shows you a proof before anything is produced.
What size are the labels?
Wine bottle front labels are 10cm x 9cm; MCC (sparkling) front labels are 10cm x 8cm. Both are designed to sit on a standard 750ml bottle, roughly 30cm tall.
Delivery
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes — we deliver UK-wide. Get in touch with your postcode and quantities and we'll confirm delivery details as part of your quote.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the complexity of your label and the time of year — we'll confirm an exact timeframe when we quote your order. As a general guide, get in touch as early as you can, especially for wedding and event dates, and we'll let you know what's realistic.
The Wines
What is MCC?
MCC stands for Méthode Cap Classique — South Africa's answer to Champagne, made using the same traditional bottle-fermentation method. It's our sparkling wine option and a popular choice for celebrations.
Where do your wines come from?
Our range comes from 50+ South African winemakers through our partnership with Sideways Wine — a curated selection of reds, whites, rosés and MCC, chosen for quality and consistency rather than any single name.
Legal & Licensing
Do I need a licence to buy wine this way?
We will confirm the position for UK customers before launch.
