Amplitude. A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, lucent red berries, blossom, reflect the purity of the vintage, supported by brushes of toast. Poised and structural, the fruit unfolds in layers of vibrancy; plums, forestberries, raspberries, and cherries. Silvered filigree acidity threads through a pillowy, expansive mousse, bringing length and lift to the savoury finish. Extended lees ageing of 18 months builds depth and evolving complexity, and will develop rich, biscuity notes over time.
