Bright fruit concentration echoes the precision of the growing season. A touch of sweetness from the reserve dosage layers richness onto the deep, luxurious core unfolding in silky stonefruits, yellow apples and glacé pineapple, sewn with citrus-tang and lime-freshness. Creamy and mouthcoating, the mousse resolves in a refreshing, elegant finish. Extended lees ageing of 18 months builds depth and evolving complexity, and will develop rich, biscuity notes over time.
