The 2024 has restrained bouquet of lemon zest and snap pea that is followed on the palate by ripe kiwi fruit and winter melon and fresh citrus zip on the finish. Although light and fresh this wine has more structure than you typical Sauvignon blanc which makes a perfect pairing with lite summertime fare.
